It was sent on July 3rd! And still nothing to date!
My customer adviser is on holiday! and I am waiting for her return to see what action they will take! and what the post office will do (because EUX will also have to compensate MadWin) but now I am serious against the post office

understand your anger against the post office, unfortunately it is not safe from malicious intent sometimes... but I hope for your sake that you have received your package. On another siteQuoVerbis) 100O packages had disappeared and there I take my hat off to them because they compensated me... and I still received my prize.
