problem you are experiencing is only a problem updating the display of your MadPoints balance. You have not lost any MadPoints, they are well registered in your account!
This problem sometimes occurs on some browsers (such as Internet Explorer). To check your MadPoints balance, there is a solution: log out of the site (click on "log out" to the right of your free rounds balance), then log back in with your username and password. Your data will be well updated.
