I agree with Cricri04 that I greet him and all the other players, it would be nice to be able to cancel messages sent to customer service. Similarly, I would like it to be possible to indicate that the message is urgent. A bug in the ranking of a tournament and you lose your place (especially the 1st one). I have received Prizes that have been declared Valid even today.

I still bothered customer service for nothing:) (I'm resubmitting my proposal to be able to delete customer service requests that no longer have any reason to be, it would probably save you time in processing all messages... for example, I would now have deleted my request!)
For Prizes, it surprised me! Except at the beginning of August, the Prizes ordered in the shop (and in particular the Wires) are generally validated in 1-2 days and sent the next day.

You have to wait 90 days before contacting customer service, however since it is August I think it was the peak Prizes season, so be patient again. 🙂

far as I am concerned, the last ones sent were on 19/08.
To date, the other batches have been validated.
In How it Works until now I have noticed an Mode delay of one week after validation. Of course, this was not the case when MadWin was on vacation. What I understand.
Hopefully for you it will be fixed quickly.
