jpm said, having also had the problem, I contacted customer service, specifying my desired lot, which added it to my earnings as a commercial gesture (it allows them to know that it is a manually added gain).

I had the same problem a few months ago. I told customer service the prize I had chosen and they added it directly to my earnings.
