Hello,
I wanted to offer for a birthday a virtual prize. So I chose a green diamond worth 2000 madpoints. They were debited from my account (on the evening of 12/09/2012), but it seems that they never arrived on the receiving account. Is it a bug or do you need more time?

waiting... Hello, Following the answer from customer service, I would like to point out that, and I quote: "your friend does not receive points but only the image you offer him". Very disappointed to learn that I put 2000 points in an IMAGE... ๐ข Notice to ukayalie who had the same problem as me.

We haven't been reported any bugs on this. Once you buy the prize , you have to remember to select the friend to whom you want to offer the image.
